ANSWER: Friends, Relatives, Nursing Homes, Physicians or Hospitals can refer patients when patients meet the admission criteria. Referral Form> QUESTION: WHAT IS HOME HEALTH SERVICE? ANSWER: A service provided in the comfort of home to patients who have a condition or require a level of service usually provided but more expensive in the hospital. Home Health Care provides a broad range of professional healthcare and support services assisting patients who need nursing, therapeutic treatment, or social assistance at home including acute, chronic, rehabilitation, IV Therapy, and intermittent long term care. QUESTION: WHAT SERVICES CAN BE EXPECTED at BMHHC INC? ANSWER: Skilled Nursing Services that can be performed only by Registered Nurses or License Practical Nurses. Physical Therapy, Wound care Services, Home Health Aide Services, and Medical Social Services. Specialized services are delivered, such as supplies, medical equipment, and medications using other companies. Please see Services we offer. QUESTION: WHO PAYS FOR HOME HEALTH CARE SERVICES? ANSWER: Medicare, Private Insurances, Self Pay. QUESTION: HOW CAN I QUALIFY FOR HOME HEALTH CARE ?
